Carlsberg Malaysia is seeking a strategic and passionate Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead our talent attraction efforts and build a strong pipeline of future ready talent. You will drive recruitment strategies, oversee end-to-end hiring, strengthen our employer brand, and partner closely with business leaders to support workforce planning and organizational growth.

You will shape candidate experiences, develop young talent initiatives, and position Carlsberg Malaysia as an employer of choice.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology or related field.
• 7–10 years in Talent Acquisition with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing methods.
• Proven stakeholder management across levels.
• Analytical, communicative and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to diverse and inclusive teams.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with hiring managers and People & Culture stakeholders to define needs.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all functions.
• Coach and develop the Talent Acquisition team to drive performance.
• Drive employer branding and talent attraction across channels and events.
• Strengthen relationships with universities and external networks.
• Lead recruitment analytics and reporting to support decisions.
• Drive process improvements and candidate experience enhancements.
• Provide strategic direction for internships, graduates and trainees.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with policies and regulations.
• Undertake other responsibilities to support People & Culture objectives.
