• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–8 years of planning experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt to dynamic conditions.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Proactive and passionate about planning.
• Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage forecast and shipment to meet revenue plan.
• Release work orders and expedite to maintain DOI targets.
• Responsible for customer OTD and CRD.
• Capacity knowledge for assembly and test to align with ship plan.
• Manage inventory level and progress toward DOI targets.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve planning/shipment issues.
