Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corporation in Malaysia is seeking a supply chain planner to manage end-to-end operations, backlog, wafer bank release, and die kitting to ensure smooth production flow and strong on-time delivery to customers.

You will coordinate with planning, production, and sales, develop capacity understanding for assembly and test, and drive inventory control while meeting quarterly shipment revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in complex supply chain planning.
• Experience in semiconductor industry a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment estimates to meet revenue plan – liaise with Planning group.
• Backlog management – handle RISO and unsold backlog; align shipment dates with CRD.
• Responsible for customer OTD and on-time delivery performance.
• Support worldwide Sales/Marketing/CSR activities.
• Develop capacity understanding for assembly/testing; optimize WIP and DOI.
• Coordinate with inter-departments to resolve planning/shipment issues.
