Job summary

Renesas Electronics in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking a Senior Business Planner to oversee end-to-end supply and demand planning, drive on-time delivery, and help attainment of revenue plans and DOI targets.

You will forecast and coordinate shipments, release work orders, and collaborate with multiple departments to resolve planning and shipment issues while maintaining optimal inventory levels and ship plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of planning experience.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Strong analysis skills and ability to work in dynamic condition.
• Fluent in English in both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage forecast and shipment to meet revenue plan.
• Work order release and expedite to ensure right loading pattern and keeping to the targeted DOI level without impacting commit to customer.
• Responsible for customer OTD and CRD.
• Capacity knowledge for assembly and test to better manage wip to meet ship plan.
• Manage inventory level, work towards meeting DOI target.
• Coordination with inter-departments to resolve planning/shipment related issues.
