Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of planning experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Strong analysis skills and ability to work in dynamic condition.
• Fluent in English in both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage forecast and shipment to meet revenue plan.
• Release and expedite work orders to maintain DOI targets without harming commitments.
• Ensure on‑time delivery performance (OTD) and CRD.
• Understand capacity for assembly and test to manage WIP against ship plan.
• Manage inventory to achieve DOI targets.
• Coordinate with inter‑departments to resolve planning/shipment issues.
