Job summary

Randstad – Renesas in Malaysia is seeking a Staff/Senior Staff in APAC Business Planning to manage demand and supply planning for the portfolio. You will analyze forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and lead times, coordinating with OSAT and internal teams to optimize delivery and revenue.

The role requires strong ERP and Excel skills, a solid background in supply chain, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams across Asia Pacific.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Engineering or Operation Planning.
• Minimum 3 years as a supervisor/manager or similar role.
• 5+ years related experience in Supply Chain Planning; manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply prioritization, allocation management, and expedite governance during constrained supply.
• Evaluate customer priorities, revenue impact, and supply constraints to support decisions.
• Assess end-to-end supply chain implications before recommending pull-ins or allocations.
• Provide supply status updates across multiple functions and escalations as needed.
• Identify improvements to deliver on-time fulfillment, inventory health, and efficiency.
