Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Occupancy Planner in Kuala Lumpur to provide space planning, data analysis, and reporting for a small to mid-size client. You will review space requirements, create block plans, produce drawings and presentations, and coordinate with stakeholders across moves and changes projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Certification in Corporate Real Estate, LEED, or Facilities Management preferred.
• Ability to analyze information and apply standard practices.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Review space requirements and provide conceptual plans and recommendations.
• Assist with creating block or stack plans and move lists.
• Produce drawings and presentations for internal and client-facing meetings.
• Collaborate with team to gather business intelligence on move/relocation sequencing.
• Enter and maintain occupancy data in the system of record.
• Prepare forecasts and evaluate space planning trends.
• Coordinate with Architectural Vendors and Project Management for permits and codes.
