Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Occupancy Planner in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to provide space planning, data mining, reporting, and interpretation of metrics for a client. The role supports Moves, Additions and Changes with planning, drawings, and presentations for internal and client-facing reviews.

The candidate will collaborate across teams, attend client meetings, and maintain occupancy data. A degree with up to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination is preferred, with strong MS

Qualifications

• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Intermediate math skills for calculating figures and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Review space requirements and provide conceptual plans and recommendations.
• Assist with creating block or stack plans and move lists.
• Produce drawings and presentations for stakeholders and client meetings.
• Enter and maintain occupancy data in the system of record.
• Prepare forecasts and evaluate space planning trends.
