Job summary

CBRE is seeking a proactive Property & Space Planner to support workplace planning, occupancy management, and space optimization across a diverse property portfolio. The role includes coordinating MAC activities, developing seating plans, CAD drawings, and maintaining accurate space records to drive efficient workplace solutions.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in space planning or facilities management, strong AutoCAD skills, and familiarity with CAFM/IFM concepts. Bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent and relevant experience.
• 3–5 years in space planning, facilities management, or corporate real estate.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and space planning software; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead space planning activities to optimize workplace utilization.
• Develop seating plans, occupancy reports, and workplace allocations.
• Coordinate MAC activities and site assessments.
• Prepare layouts, documentation, and implementation plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety, design, and occupancy standards.
• Maintain CAD drawings, floor plans, and furniture inventories.
