• Develop customized automation solutions aligned with customer objectives and business requirements.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Product teams to strengthen proposal competitiveness and improve conversion rates.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure successful execution of strategic projects and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical consultation throughout pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
• Lead customer proof‑of‑concepts (PoC), pilot programs, prototype evaluations, and solution validation activities.
• Support solution deployment, scale‑up, and production optimization to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate technical feasibility, process integration, and performance effectiveness of proposed solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, technical stakeholders, and strategic partners.
• Serve as the voice of the customer by gathering insights, identifying future needs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deliver consultative engagement strategies that enhance customer retention and long‑term business growth.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer trend assessments to identify emerging opportunities.
