Job summary

NSW Automation Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to act as the technical SME for automation, dispensing, and system integration. You will engage with customers to understand requirements, run PoCs and pilot tests, and help validate and optimize solutions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to design customer‑specific configurations, participate in FAT and evaluations, and ensure scalable results aligned with client objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience as a technical SME for automation, dispensing, and integration solutions.
• Ability to engage customers, understand requirements, and propose technical solutions.
• Experience conducting PoCs, pilot projects and solution validations.
• Ability to support deployment, scale‑up, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical SME for automation, dispensing, and integration solutions.
• Engage with customers to understand requirements and recommend solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies, PoC testing, pilot projects, and validations.
• Support deployment, scale‑up activities, and process optimization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to develop customer‑specific solutions.
• Define parameters, configurations, and integration requirements.
• Participate in FAT, evaluations, and technical validations.
• Ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with client objectives.
• Develop documentation, guides, SOPs, and troubleshooting materials.
• Provide technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
