Job summary

XTS Technologies Sdn Bhd, a leading factory automation and system integration provider in Malaysia, is seeking a Solution Manager to bridge business development, engineering, and clients. You will translate complex customer requirements into technically sound, cost-effective automation solutions.

This role requires deep technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and strong proposal architecture skills to drive design from concept through pre-sales support and handover to execution teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechatronics or related engineering field.
• 5–8 years in factory automation, robotics, system integration, or SP machinery.
• Experience as a Solution Architect or Pre-Sales Manager is preferred.
• Strong CAD skills for system layout and conceptual modeling.
• English proficiency; Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales engineers and a technical team to deliver high-quality proposals.
• Allocate engineering resources across tenders and proposals.
• Establish SOPs, templates, and review guidelines for solution design.
