Job summary

PERKASA MARINE SUPPLY (M) SDN BHD is seeking a proactive Project Planner to design, refine and scale site planning processes. You will turn drawings and briefs into realistic schedules, and keep contractors and suppliers aligned daily to ensure timely delivery and quality on marine projects in Johor Bahru.

Based in Johor Bahru, you will coordinate with site supervisors, manage schedules from tender to handover, and produce clear progress logs for stakeholders while ensuring safety and compliance

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in construction planning or site coordination on building projects.
• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed site schedules from tender to handover using MS Project or similar tools.
• Translate drawings and scope into phased activities, lead times and resource plans.
• Monitor progress against baseline schedules and propose corrective actions for delays.
