Job summary

Jusgreat Sdn Bhd in Bandar Baru Bangi is seeking a Full-time Project Planner to join our on-site team. You will develop, update and manage project programmes using MS Project or Primavera P6, and prepare look-ahead schedules for site coordination.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, generating weekly/monthly reports, analysing delays, supporting EOT claims, and communicating scheduling updates to consultants, clients and subcontractors. CIDB/JKR formats preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management.
• Certification in Project Planning / Scheduling within construction or interior design (ID) projects.
• Familiar with CIDB, JKR, and consultant reporting formats.
• Minimum 3–5 years in project planning and scheduling within construction or ID projects.
• Experience in baseline programmes, monitoring progress, and EOT claims.
• Exposure to site coordination, sequence of works, and construction methods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project (essential) / Primavera P6 (advantageous); MS Excel; AutoCAD / Revit.
• Strong understanding of construction workflow, resource allocation, delay analysis.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, good communication, independent, and well-organized.

Responsibilities

• Planning & Scheduling: develop, update and maintain the project work programme using MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Progress Monitoring: track actual progress vs planned schedule and report variances.
• Delay Analysis & EOT: analyze delay events and support EOT claims with proper documentation.
• Coordination & Communication: liaise with consultants, clients and subcontractors; present updates.
• Reporting & Documentation: prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and ensure version control.
