Job summary

Artans Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Planning Engineer to manage project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring in Johor, Malaysia. You will support timely project delivery through effective coordination with site, engineering, and procurement teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 2–3 years of planning experience, proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project, and strong analytical and reporting skills to identify delays and risks and propose

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in project planning.
• Proficiency in planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using planning software.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
• Prepare progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with site, engineering, and procurement teams.
• Identify delays, risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support project planning meetings and documentation.
