Job summary

TBH Consulting Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Planning & Scheduling Specialist to join our client’s team in Johor Bahru full-time onsite. You will develop, manage, and analyze detailed project plans and schedules across complex programs, coordinating with client and TBH teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in planning and scheduling, strong English communication, and experience in data centers, factories or semiconductor delivery environments, with proficiency in Primavera P6 and MSP.

Qualifications

5+ years of planning and scheduling experience.
Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture or equivalent.
Strong communication skills in English (oral and written).
Experience in delivering complex construction projects in data centers, factories or semiconductor environments (highly regarded).

Responsibilities

Lead and support the execution of project schedules and plans.
Develop and maintain relationships with team members and client stakeholders through clear communication.
Review, interpret and analyse project data to support reporting and decision-making.
Prepare deliverables for client submissions, including schedule updates and analyses.
Apply industry best practice planning methods to identify risks and opportunities.
Prepare and analyse complex schedules using Primavera P6 with clear reporting outputs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project information.
Provide timely updates to senior team members for progress reporting.
