Job summary

Bunge in Malaysia is seeking an Executive, Shipping to manage bookings with shipping lines and agents based on shipment schedules and customer ETS/ETA expectations. You will coordinate rates and bookings across air and sea freight and cross-border trucking.

You will also verify freight invoices and enter shipment data into SAP and logistics systems, generating accurate daily and quarterly reports. This role requires strong communication and analytical skills and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in related field.
• 2+ years in supply chain or logistics.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Update shipment transit times, delays and advances internally.
• Ensure bookings with agents/carriers and obtain confirmations on time.
• Enter shipment data into SAP and logistics systems.
• Update logistics data for daily, weekly and quarterly reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to create shipping SNOP schedules.
• Book with carriers meeting time, cost and customer requirements (e.g., free days).
