Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in business, shipping, banking and finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in commodity logistics, shipping, or trade services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with reliable, proactive work style.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, UCP 600, URC 522 preferred.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Shared Service Centre for timely preparation of trade documents.
• Liaise with regional execution teams for document handling and delivery.
• Ensure accurate shipping and trade documentation for customs clearance and banking requirements.
• Monitor document status from origin to destination to prevent delays.
• Manage contract settlements and lifecycle with timely execution and accuracy.
• Maintain inventory records and perform monthly reconciliation with third-party reports.
• Coordinate cargo release processes and ensure compliance with terms.
• Monitor receivables and ensure timely customer invoicing and settlements.
• Provide daily operational reports and ensure data accuracy across systems.
