Job summary

Hermes-Epitek Corporation Pte Ltd is seeking a sales-oriented professional to promote equipment, consumables, parts, modifications, CiPs and repair services within the semiconductor sector in Malaysia. Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and meet division KPIs, while managing and growing sales across assigned accounts and territories.

The role requires a Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Engineering, 3+ years in semiconductors, knowledge of back-end/front-end processes, and

Qualifications

Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or Mechanical or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Semiconductor Industry.
Sound knowledge of Semiconductor back-end processes (Test/Assembly) preferred.
Sound knowledge of Semiconductor front-end Litho/Furnace/AOI processes preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual in English and Chinese.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Enthusiastic, team player, customer focused; strong analytical problem-solving.
Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Promote a variety of products from multiple suppliers.
Develop and implement strategies to meet division KPIs and objectives.
Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for sales and services; monitor KPIs and performance.
Forecast business and market trends to set sales targets and manage budgets.
Conduct market analysis to build sound business cases and market positioning.
Maintain revenue growth by acquiring new customers and managing existing accounts.
