Responsabilidades

• Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer issues, account statuses, and operation problems as escalation point.
• Support and provide data, guides, paperwork, and reports to help the sales team.
• Develop and monitor performance indicators for low/small potential accounts.
• Review pending orders and customer requests to ensure excellent service and experience.
