Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role in the travel industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Fluent in Chinese Mandarin and accept night shift.

Responsibilities

• Providing troubleshooting assistance for customer issues, account statuses, and relevant operation problems (not first touch point for operation issue - escalation point).
• Support and provide data, guides, paperwork, and reports to help the sales team.
• Developing and monitoring performance indicators for low/small potential accounts.
• Review pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
