Agoda is hiring a Customer Experience Specialist in Kuala Lumpur. You will deliver high-quality support across phone, email, and messaging for guests and partners, helping resolve inquiries for hotel, flights, and activities.

The role requires fluent English and Mandarin, strong listening skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 rotating shift. Agoda offers a hybrid work model, staff discounts, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Mandarin with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle high volume inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
• Willing to work a 24/7 rotating shift, including holidays and weekends.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat.
