Job summary

Insafoam Insulation (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian manufacturer of PU insulation products, is seeking a Sales Manager in Puchong to drive growth in construction, industrial, insulation, HVAC and related sectors. You will develop strategies, lead the sales team, and cultivate strong relationships with contractors, developers and key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Preferably 5+ years of relevant sales/business development experience.
• Experience managing a sales team and key accounts.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for customer meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for PU insulation and related products.
• Lead and coordinate the sales team.
• Manage key accounts and customer relationships.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
