Qualifications

Diploma or Degree with at least 7 years of commercial sales experience in the shipping and logistics industry in Malaysia.
Proven track record in managing sales teams, driving sales pipelines, and negotiating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data-driven CRM systems.
Results-oriented self-starter with own transport, willing to travel to conduct client visits and drive regional growth.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach the sales team to exceed volume and revenue targets through regular performance tracking, joint client visits, and structured coaching.
Expand market presence and share-of-wallet across key trade lanes by acquiring new accounts and nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients.
Actively sell non-maritime value-added services (VAS), intermodal solutions, and cross-sell integrated logistics offerings.
Analyze competitor trends, market conditions, and CRM data to execute strategic business plans and optimize commercial performance.
