Job summary

Masboh IBS Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks proactive sales professionals to promote and expand IBS solutions among developers and contractors. You will provide technical consultations, conduct product briefings and lead sales initiatives to achieve targets.

Minimum diploma with 3 years’ sales/construction experience is essential; Cantonese/Mandarin a plus. The role offers a competitive base with commission and allowances, in a dynamic construction-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma with at least 3 years of working experience in sales and/or the construction industry.
• Experience in the industrial sector will be an added advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Promote, develop and expand the company’s products and solutions within industrial and construction sectors.
• Provide technical support and product consultation to clients including Developers, Contractors, Consultants, Architects and Quantity Surveyors.
• Lead sales initiatives and achieve company sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to support growth.
