Job summary

Masboh IBS Sdn Bhd, a leader in Industrialised Building System solutions across Southeast Asia, is seeking a Site Engineer to join our Balakong/Semenyih team. You will blend technical consultation, business development, and client engagement across landed housing and low-rise projects.

The role involves promoting precast and modular IBS offerings, providing technical support, and collaborating with project teams to tailor IBS solutions for diverse client requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years in construction sales or business development.
• Familiarity with IBS, precast, modular construction.
• Ability to read drawings and QA/QC understanding.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with developers, main contractors, consultants, and architects.
• Promote low-rise IBS solutions for landed housing and low-rise buildings.
• Provide technical consultation on IBS design, cost, and project delivery.
• Deliver technical presentations and product briefings to clients.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to tailor IBS solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in landed housing and township sectors.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the Low Rise IBS space.
• Support clients through tendering and project execution stages.
