Qualifications
- 12+ years within property development, land acquisition, real estate investment or business development.
- Demonstrated success sourcing and securing development opportunities.
- Strong financial modelling and feasibility analysis capability.
- Established industry network and stakeholder management experience.
- Commercial judgement to distinguish between attractive opportunities and the right opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strategic opportunity pipeline
- Evaluate market potential, commercial viability and strategic fit
- Lead feasibility studies and investment assessments
- Drive negotiations with landowners, partners and key stakeholders
- Present recommendations to senior leadership and decision-makers
- Support the successful execution of acquisitions and partnerships
