Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience.
• Property development accounting and reporting experience.
• Exposure to management reporting and month-end close.
• Strong financial reporting knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines.
