Job summary

GuocoLand Malaysia is seeking a senior business development leader to help shape the next phase of our growth. Identify and secure development opportunities aligned with GuocoLand's strengths, including land acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.

You will build a strategic opportunity pipeline, evaluate market potential and feasibility, lead investment assessments, and drive negotiations with landowners and partners, reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in property development or related fields.
• Proven success sourcing and securing development opportunities.
• Strong financial modelling and feasibility analysis capability.
• Established industry network and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strategic opportunity pipeline.
• Evaluate market potential, commercial viability and fit.
• Lead feasibility studies and investment assessments.
• Drive negotiations with landowners, partners and stakeholders.
• Present recommendations to senior leadership and decision-makers.
• Support acquisition and partnership execution.
