Job summary

DC Bina Sdn Bhd is looking for a capable professional to manage and prepare contract documentation, assist in estimating project costs, and coordinate tender requirements from pre-contract through to project completion.

You will collaborate with the Project Management Team to ensure contracts are executed in accordance with terms, conduct site valuations with consultants, review progress claims, and participate in handover and final account processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract documentation and tender processes.
• Ability to coordinate with project teams and consultants.
• Familiar with cost estimation and bill of quantities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prepare contract documentation and assist in estimation of project costs.
• Coordinate and compile tender documents in the tender stage.
• Propose PC rated items as per tender documents within timeline and budget.
• Work with Project Management Team from pre-contract to Defect Liability Period.
