Job summary

Raid Synergy Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to handle cost control across building, civil and maintenance projects. You will prepare tender documents, cost estimations, bills of quantities and procurement, as well as evaluate subcontractor claims and progress payments.

You will monitor project costs, budgets and variation orders, liaise with clients and consultants, and prepare final accounts and project reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction industry.
• Strong understanding of contracts (e.g. PAM, CIDB, JKR).
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good negotiation, communication & analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tender documents, cost estimates, bill of quantities and procurement.
