Qualifications

• 3–5 years of quantity surveying experience with tender preparation and contract administration.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field; AIQS membership is preferred.
• Strong cost estimation, budgeting and financial analysis skills.
• Knowledge of PAM/CIDB standard form contracts is desirable.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse tender documents, BOQs and cost estimates for projects.
• Manage tender process from invitations to bid evaluation and reporting.
• Review and negotiate contract terms with clients, contractors and suppliers.
• Administer contracts including variations, claims and amendments.
• Conduct cost control and value engineering to protect profitability.
• Prepare cost reports, variation orders and payment certificates.
• Liaise with project managers, clients and contractors to resolve issues.
• Provide cost forecasting and financial updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with tender procedures and contractual obligations.
