Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent.

• Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and deep knowledge of contract standard forms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare initial budget estimates, cost plans, and financial feasibility studies
• Produce accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and comprehensive tender packages
• Evaluate incoming subcontractor bids, negotiate terms, and award commercial contracts
• Monitor site progress, value completed work, and issue monthly valuations
• Assess and negotiate cost variations, change orders, and final accounts
• Identify potential commercial risks and implement cost-control strategies
