Job summary

Grab is seeking a Manager, Strategic Projects to join onsite in Malaysia. You will own end-to-end projects, build strategic roadmaps, and partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics and Operations to deliver measurable improvements in user experience and safety.

You will uncover customer insights through analytics and guide leadership with data-driven recommendations. As part of the Strategy team, you will influence stakeholders across markets and lead cross-functional delivery to drive

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or an in-house strategic projects function.
• Ability to influence key stakeholders.
• Quantitative diagnosis: structure analysis, work with large datasets, and translate output into recommendations.
• Experience in operational design and setup - familiarity with process management and analysis.
• Fluency with data visualization and executive storytelling — and tools such as Power BI & Superset.
• Demonstrated experience in driving impact and detailed delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own projects/end-to-end — develop diagnosis, propose roadmap, and success metrics; align regional and country leadership behind it.
• Lead multi-country, cross-functional delivery — work with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations to launch solutions and ensure outcomes.
• Shape Customer Experience — design and deliver improved user experiences through design thinking workshops and iterative product launches.
• Hold the line on user safety and quality — ensure any change is assessed for its effect on trust, safety, and support quality before shipping.
