Job summary
Grab is seeking a data-driven strategist to lead multiple BI-focused projects within GrabMart and the digital retail space, onsite in Petaling Jaya. You will design experiments, develop growth strategies, and manage cross-functional projects with senior leadership influence.
Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in strategy/BI in ecommerce, strong data skills (SQL/modeling/AI tools), and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans and stakeholder buy-in.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in strategy planning/BI roles within ecommerce.
- Define goals, create hypotheses, and design data-driven solutions.
- Coordinate partners across the company and levels of seniority.
- Able to draw insights from complex datasets and present them clearly.
- Articulate line of thinking to Senior Leaders and defend conclusions.
Responsibilities
- Produce data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth and product development.
- Lead end-to-end projects and align stakeholders to advance initiatives.
- Develop strategies and propose data-driven solutions with clear presentations.
- Monitor growth metrics and optimize programs or levers.
- Design experiments and own experimentation process to validate hypotheses.
