Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience.
• Advanced expertise in distributed systems, high availability, performance optimization, and reliability engineering.
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling complex engineering organizations.
• Strong expertise in code and design review processes to maintain high standards.
• Proven ability to manage platform systems serving multiple use cases.
• Define technology direction and propose innovative, scalable solutions.
• Experience developing product roadmaps and defining clear, customer-focused metrics.
• Experience managing high-scale, mission-critical systems with AI-assisted tooling.
• Familiarity with budget management, industry benchmarking, and competitive analysis.

Responsibilities
