Grab is seeking a Manager, Strategic Projects to join the Grab office in Malaysia. You will lead end-to-end strategic initiatives, partner with cross-functional teams, and translate insights into actionable roadmaps.

You will work with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations, shaping customer experience and ensuring high-quality delivery while maintaining user trust and safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate strategy.
• Ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels.
• Quantitative diagnosis and data analysis with insights.
• Experience in operational design and process optimization.
• Fluent data visualization and executive storytelling with dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end and align with leadership on roadmap.
• Lead multi-country, cross-functional delivery across teams.
• Design and deliver improved user experiences through workshops.
• Ensure changes preserve user safety and quality before ship.
