Job summary

Grab is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Projects to lead large-scale strategic problems, build roadmaps, and drive transformative value across markets in Asia. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design, prioritize, and deliver improvements that enhance customer and partner experiences while advising leadership with board-ready recommendations and ensuring safety and quality.

You'll synthesize data, define success metrics, and secure regional leadership alignment to turn insights

Qualifications

8+ years in strategy roles or transformation functions.
Ability to influence senior executives (director level+).
Strong quantitative diagnosis and data-driven decision making.
Experience guiding cross-functional teams in multi-market Asia.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end strategy for major problem spaces and align leaders regionally.
Prioritize bets with business cases and trade-offs.
Lead multi-country, cross-functional delivery with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Ops.
Advise leadership with board-/EXCO-ready recommendations.
Ensure changes maintain user safety and quality before shipping.
