Qualifications

• Strong data interpretation and ability to translate insights into actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytical workstream; build queries, dashboards, and deep dives to surface decisions.
• Identify gaps in platform policies and develop improvements that improve outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional projects from framing to implementation and measurement.
