Job summary

foodpanda is seeking a Strategic Project Manager to join the CX & Service Operations Quick-Commerce Marketplace to lead transformation and strategic initiatives across the organization.

You will coordinate end-to-end projects, manage plans, timelines, and resources, and ensure milestones are delivered on time and within budget, while keeping stakeholders informed with clear communication and readouts.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to plan, execute and oversee projects end-to-end.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing timelines, budgets and risks.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with CX & Service Ops.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quick-Commerce related projects end-to-end from initiation to implementation.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure milestones are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve project risks and issues.
• Create and maintain clear project documentation.
• Develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed.
• Partner cross-functionally with CX & Service Ops and broader company.
• Provide regular readouts and status updates to leadership.
