Job summary

foodpanda Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Corporate Office) is seeking a Strategic Project Manager to lead and coordinate transformation and strategic initiatives within the CX & Service Operations Quick-Commerce Marketplace.

You will manage end-to-end projects, develop detailed plans, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget, while maintaining clear documentation and stakeholder communication across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quick Commerce-related projects end-to-end from initiation through implementation.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure milestones are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve project risks and issues.
• Create and maintain clear, up-to-date project documentation.
• Develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed.
• Partner cross-functionally with CX & Service Ops and the broader organization.
• Provide regular readouts and status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
