Job summary

foodpanda is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for the Quick Commerce & Partnerships Analytics team to shape growth across 16 markets. You will deliver actionable insights, mentor junior analysts, and leverage AI to build scalable analytics solutions in a fast-paced environment.

You will design measurement frameworks, build SQL models in BigQuery, and create Looker/Tableau dashboards that inform strategic decisions for leadership and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analytics with strong SQL, Python, data modeling and data visualization.
• 3+ years supporting Quick Commerce, Operations, Supply Chain, or Commercial teams (online or offline), or similar.
• Proficiency with advanced SQL and experience with Looker or Tableau; dbt/Airflow a plus.
• Mentoring experience and ability to lead analysts and foster teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute analytical methodologies including causal impact modeling and ROI measurement for quick commerce investments.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define analytics solutions and prioritize work.
• Develop complex SQL models in BigQuery and transform large datasets into actionable insights.
• Create dashboards and data assets using Looker/Tableau to support leadership decision-making.
• Provide mentorship and develop junior analysts within the team.
• Identify AI-driven analytics opportunities and translate workflows into scalable AI tools.
