Job summary

foodpanda is seeking a Strategic Project Manager to join the CX & Service Operations Quick-Commerce Marketplace to lead transformation and strategic initiatives across the organization.

You will coordinate end-to-end projects, manage plans, timelines, and resources, and ensure milestones are delivered on time and within budget, while keeping stakeholders informed with clear communication and readouts.

About the Role

We are looking for a Strategic Project Manager to join the CX & Service Operations Quick-Commerce Marketplace on our journey to lead and coordinate transformation and strategic projects within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Quick-Commerce related projects and initiatives end-to-end, from initiation through implementation.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure project milestones are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Proactively identify, elevate, and resolve project risks and issues.
• Create and maintain clear, up-to-date project documentation.
• Develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed throughout the project life cycle.
• Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders across CX & Service Ops and the broader company.
• Provide regular readouts and status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.

• Proven ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion.
• Manages resources, timelines, and budgets effectively, ensuring projects meet objectives, stay on track, and are delivered on time and within scope.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences.

• Able to create clear readouts, slides, and communication plans.
