Grab is seeking a data-driven strategist to lead solutions for GrabMart and digital retail initiatives. You will design and implement analytics, manage campaign designs and promo budgeting, and help roll out new business models. You will report to the Strategy & Operations Manager (GrabMart) and work onsite at First Avenue, Petaling Jaya.
Required: minimum 4 years in strategy planning or BI within eCommerce, and the ability to synthesize insights and influence senior stakeholders across teams.

The GrabMart Strategy & Operations team generates business insights, propose data-driven strategic programs and lead large projects to grow the business across GrabMart and Supermarkets (Jaya Grocer & Everrise). This team works with partners across all departments (Commercial, Operations, Marketing, and Product) in Grab.
