Job summary

Promatrix DC Solutions Sdn Bhd in Cyberjaya is seeking aSchedule Controller to lead project planning and scheduling activities in line with contract requirements. You will develop resource-loaded schedules, coordinate with Project Manager and Control Manager, and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience building resource-loaded project schedules from scope.
• Familiar with critical path analysis and schedule recovery.
• Ability to communicate schedule status with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Study project requirements and prepare resource-loaded schedules.
• Develop schedule in Primavera, MS Project, or other tools with proper logic.
• Submit schedule to owner/client within contract timeframes.
• Prepare execution plan with PM and Control Manager.
• Monitor weekly/monthly progress and milestone tracking.
• Prepare schedule/manpower for extra scope and analyze impact.
• Monitor run-down curves for major activities.
• Analyze plan to identify delays and variances.
• Collaborate with project management on schedules, docs, delivery.
• Create and maintain document management and archiving per MS specs.
• Conduct quality checks on documents and manage drawings with confidentiality.
