Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Project execution.
• Proficient in scheduling tools (Primavera).
• Professional English communication.
• Strong knowledge of EPCI work processes and sequences.
• Familiarity with GBPMS or similar business process systems.
• Ability to identify deviations from standards.
• Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Able to present data and facts clearly and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Defines Project objectives in terms of duration and resources.
• Pilots the Project status and to ensure the forecast reliability.
• Develops a Schedule compliant with the selected execution strategy.
• Plans to mitigate risks and reduce costs.
• Defines and optimizes necessary resources (E-P-C-I).
• Defines the Planning & Scheduling system (methods, procedures, time-schedules, dashboards).
• Supports Client approval process of Schedule Baseline, progress claimed or milestones.
• Increases Project team awareness of Milestones, durations and critical paths.
• Monitors and controls project status, detects delays and proposes corrective actions.
• Estimates delay from changes and prepares Extension of Time analysis when delayed by Client.
• Provides Project Feedback and Lessons Learned to improve methods.
