TRAX SOLUTIONS SDN BHD in Shah Alam is seeking a Planner to join its project team. The role involves developing, monitoring, and updating detailed project schedules to ensure timely execution in line with requirements and standards.

You will use Primavera P6 or MS Project, coordinate with multiple teams, track milestones, and present progress reports. A Bachelor's degree and at least two years of planning experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project planning or scheduling experience.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination across multiple teams.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to collect progress data and ensure accurate reporting.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and critical paths to ensure targets are achieved.
• Identify potential risks or delays and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and present progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and performance charts for management review.
• Support project teams in planning resources, sequencing works, and monitoring progress.
• Participate in project meetings and provide schedule-related inputs.
• Ensure that all planning and reporting align with project timelines, scope, and objectives.
