Job summary

DCN HOLDING SDN. BHD. invites a seasoned Project Planner to orchestrate scheduling across multiple construction projects in Kuala Lumpur. The role demands mastery of Primavera P6, MS Project, 4D BIM, and rigorous CPM/EVM analysis to keep programs on time and budget.

You will lead integration of subcontractor and vendor schedules, prepare dashboards and progress reports for senior management, and ensure compliance with safety and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of planning large-scale construction projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, BIM scheduling tools, and Excel analytics.
• Strong knowledge of CPM, earned value management (EVM), and schedule risk analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results in demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, and 4D BIM tools
• Create detailed lookahead schedules (6-week and 12-week) for site execution
• Perform critical path analysis and implement recovery strategies to mitigate delays
• Track progress against baseline schedules, contractual milestones, and KPIs
• Integrate subcontractor and vendor schedules, ensuring alignment with master plans
• Conduct delay and impact analysis to support claims and contractual remedies
• Prepare dashboards, S-Curves, and progress reports for senior management and clients
• Facilitate coordination meetings with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
• Maintain schedule revision logs and change control records
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and statutory requirements
