Job summary

HeiTech Padu Berhad is seeking an experienced project scheduler to develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, build baselines, milestones and WBS, and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong CPM knowledge, analytical thinking, and the ability to coordinate with engineers, contractors and stakeholders, prepare progress reports, and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in project scheduling, planning, or project controls.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong CPM knowledge and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Prepare project baseline schedules, milestones, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Monitor project progress and identify schedule variances against approved plans.
• Perform critical path analysis and recommend recovery plans to mitigate project delays.
• Prepare project progress reports and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
