Job summary

Ecoworld International in Malaysia seeks a Manager, Project Planning & Development to lead the full planning lifecycle for high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities to secure approvals and align with investment goals.

The role covers feasibility, submissions, detailed design coordination using BIM 360, AutoCAD, and scheduling in Microsoft Project or Primavera, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in architecture, civil/structural, ME, or urban planning (or related).
• Accreditation in PM or urban planning is a plus.
• 7+ years in project planning, town planning, or real estate development.

Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility studies, site analysis, and concept design alignment.
• Oversee submission drawings for authority approvals and ensure timelines.
• Coordinate detailed design with architectural, civil & structural, and M&E teams using BIM 360 and AutoCAD.
• Manage planning, infrastructure, and building plan approvals with authorities.
